| The GMT has created a label of quality specifically for remanufactured parts for antique cars. This label is defined as follows: DEFINITION OF THE QUALIPROD™ LABEL The QUALIPROD™ label is destined to describe the quality of spare parts remanufactured for antique cars in general, and will be trademarked under the name QUALIPROD. This label of quality will be defined by the 10 fundamental categories that follow:

| 1 - DIMENSIONS
The remanufactured part must conform exactly to the dimentions of the original part and therefore must install without any modification or adjustments.

2 - MATERIALS
The quality of the material or materials used for the remanufacture of the part
must be equall to, or better than the original part.

3 - PROCESSING
The quality of the thermic and surface processing used for the manufacture of the part must be equall to, or better than the original part
|
4 - GUARANTEE
Remanufactured parts will offer a guarantee against manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase (*)

| 5 - PERFORMANCE
The mechanical and kinematic performance of the remanufactured part must be equal to or better than the original part.

6 - PRESENTATION
The remanufactured part must be offered for sale in professional packaging and must be clearly identified. This packaging must state precisely which models (types and years) the part will fit.

7 - MODIFICATION
In cases where the original part has been modified, the quality and safety of the modified part must be equal to or better than that of the original part and the modification must respect the physical attributes and original conceptual idea intended for the particular automobile.

8 - CONTROL
Quality control will be maintained..A quality control report must be maintained for all parts either individually, or within a series. The Guilde may at any time take a part from a series and perform a quality control test upon it.

| 9 - CERTIFICATION
Only the GMT or an entity accredited by the GMT can authorize the placement of this label on a part.
This certification will be presented in the form of a sticker, specifically identifying the part as having been approved by the GMT, which will be provided to the manufacturer or reseller by the GMT

10 - IDENTIFICATION
Parts having received the certification of the Guilde Label must be clearly identified by their series lot number, country, and date of fabrication.
